Frequently Asked Question

Accessing the phone system web portal:

A One time setup to access the phone system’s web page needs to be done in which ever web browser you intend to use.

• Go Here to access the login page.
  
• Once the page loads reload the page (Command R).https://phone.wazo.community/?serverIP=phonesystem.churchinitiative.org
  
• Click on the gear icon in the lower right, then click the pencil icon.
  
• The server field should be pre-filled with phonesystem.churchinitiative.orgphonesystem.churchinitiative.org (if it is not then copy/paste it into that field).
  
• The port field may be blank, it needs to be set to 443.
  
• Click Save
  

On the left hand side of the screen enter your Username and password provided by your supervisor. Click Login.

Function Keys:

The function keys on your phone may or may not have been previously setup. To add or change the buttons on your phone follow the instructions below. CSA’s have a Yealink T48G, all other phones are T46G or T46S (Coaches, Edit Suites, Etc etc).



To assign a key on the phone click on the + button in the “Functions Key” panel in the lower right.

• The Position field is the location it will appear on the phone's screen (see the table below to determine the proper position number).
• The number is the extension to be called or monitored.
• The label is the text that will appear on the phone.

Once the data has been entered click Save Changes.
